As these team’s Technical Producer I was responsible for organizing and facilitating team meetings/rituals, manage work backlog, active work, and project reporting, as well as managing and monitoring general team health including onsites, roles and responsibilities, technology coverage. I worked with closely with the team’s Product, Engineering, leadership to define and deliver towards game team’s needs, maintaining and improving core infrastructure.
